TINTAH works with industry leaders in developing personalized sound virtual education programs that assist participants and our partners in training and development. We give our access and exposure to technology advancements few have had an opportunity to use.

IT WEXP
The "Innovation & Technology Work Experience Program" support our participant receiving up to date training and exposure to technology and operational strategies that are disrupting today's market. This program will support professionals both new and season in understanding the benefits of technology usage in their job roles.

MENTORSHIP
Understanding the struggle in transition, TINTAH has partnerships developed with local life coaches, counselors, and therapists to support our participant's mental and spiritual development. Also, providing tips for leaders in understanding how to support and motivate their employees and maintain a positive response to the mission.
